Swansea Climate Action Network is a group of people of different ages and backgrounds that get together once a month during Wednesday nights in the Environment Centre - we share a meal together, followed by discussions around important topics that are impacting the community and even better, that speaks about solutions.
Part of those topics are how climate change is affecting the lives of the population and overall, those that are struggling, supporting campaigns anti racism also projects that are protecting the environment, growing food, green jobs, sharing ideas in how to involve more people in these activities.
Understanding that not so long ago that supermarket shelves had been emptied of the essential produce, such as fresh vegetables, that are necessary for the families and how to overcome this situation hoping that we have a better future where we contribute for each other, and we can reduce hunger and have a better place to live.
